Dharshni Padayachee is a trailblazer in the realms of Finance and Human Capital , navigating life with the compass of inclusion, equality and human evolution. With over two decades of her life dedicated to shaping the financial and human landscapes of the Banking world, her journey is a testament to the power of passion intertwined with purpose, leaving her indelible mark in the worlds of Markets, Finance and Human Capital.

She is an executive coach and has recently completed her MPhil in Leadership coaching (cum laude) with her research paper ranking in the top 5 of her academic year. She serves as Board member of Play Africa, an NPO focused on encouraging education through play and is an advisory Board Member of Conscious LeadHers. She was recently awarded Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Champion at the 2024 Future of Leadership Awards. She has been a keynote speaker at numerous events and global webinars including with UN Women and the JSE.

She is a passionate advocate for a more gender equal future and challenges her audiences to think differently about their professional lives and the systems within which they operate. She is a wife and mother to two energetic sons. Equality, creativity and community reside at her core. She believes that change is an active process and that we all have a responsibility to be the change we want to see.
